(1) Cook on the stove. When cooking, the fire should be moderate (low), and the milk at the bottom and side of the pot should be stirred while cooking, so as to avoid burning due to excessive heating. When there is hot air on the surface, you can turn off the fire without boiling;
(2) Microwave oven heating, fresh boxed milk must be opened first, and bottled milk must be heated for dozens of seconds, but this method is not suitable for aseptic packaging, because the composite packaging material of aseptic milk has an aluminum film layer;
(3) Soak in hot water and heat. Soak the milk in warm water at about 50℃ for 5 ~ 10 minute. The temperature of hot water should not be too high.
