12 village groups, two towns and one neighborhood committee, total population 18700. Four distinct seasons, no severe cold in winter, no intense heat in summer, abundant rainfall, annual rainfall of about1000 mm.
The town has developed transportation and obvious location advantages. It is 0/5km away from Chengdu/KLOC-0, 7km away from Shuangliu County, 0/0km away from Shuangliu International Airport/KLOC-0, and close to Airport Development Zone and Mumashan Development Zone. Chengya Expressway runs through the whole town, and it is away from Shuangliu Port of Chengya Expressway 1km. Shuanghua Road, Shandong Road, Shuangyong Road and Ban Highway run through the whole territory, and Dajian Road is close to the town, forming a transportation network extending in all directions and criss-crossing. Huangjia Junior High School in Shuangliu County, Chengdu was founded in 1969, located in Huangjiachang Town, Muma Mountain Area, with a total construction area of 8,000 square meters. 2 teaching complex buildings, teachers' apartment 1 building, students' apartment 1 building, B-class teachers' and students' canteen 1, 200m circular runway 1 building.
