However, some physical education teachers gave up the existing physical education textbooks when implementing physical education teaching, and the problems learned in the senior high school entrance examination were more prominent. In recent years, this part of PE teachers will only participate in the training courses of the senior high school entrance examination, but they are gradually drifting away from the suggested content in the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards and the course content stipulated in the teaching materials. However, in the past three years, middle school students have gradually lost their interest in learning in the face of such boring curriculum content, and even physical education class is crying, but they have to practice under the pressure of exams, which runs counter to the sports standards and goals advocated by the state.
2. Ignoring students' learning situation and eager to improve their grades have led to a difficult period for some students to improve their grades. The differences among middle school students lead to different physical qualities and sports skills. In primary schools in physical education class, students have strong physical fitness and have mastered some sports skills accordingly. On the contrary, poor schools will weaken students' basic and motor skills. Some physical education teachers ignore this objective fact, and can't teach students in accordance with their aptitude, which leads to students' failure to get the greatest improvement in the learning process. For example, for some boys, the content of basketball dribbling has been completely mastered as early as primary school. Some students can take part in basketball games and master the skills of dribbling in situ, dribbling in progress and dribbling in turn.
3. The arrangement of teaching content lacks top-level thinking, and teachers implement it out of order, which makes it difficult to form a joint teaching force. Because the school doesn't have a logical and standardized overall conception and design of the education curriculum, the front-line physical education teachers only accumulate the curriculum content horizontally in the teaching process, lacking the overall grasp vertically, resulting in no spiral accumulation of students' skills and physical quality. This situation is still common in physical education teaching in some schools. Finally, it is difficult to form a spiral accumulation of skills and physical fitness in students.
Third, the implementation strategy of physical education large unit teaching
1. Queue formation and large recess rule unit. Good classroom behavior habits are the premise of a good physical education class class. Queue formation course is mainly to cultivate students' behavior habits of physical education class at the beginning of school, and these habits are the premise of ensuring a good physical education class in each class and improving classroom efficiency. The general rule of big recess is to use physical education class at the beginning of school to instill the contents, routes and requirements of big recess into every student's heart quickly, forming a tradition, so that big recess can improve physical fitness and promote skill development, reach the extension and development of physical education class, and implement the relevant regulations and requirements promulgated by national educational institutions.
2. Basic physical fitness course unit. The basic physical quality of students is composed of many factors and characteristics. The basic physical quality cultivated is not only for entrance examination, but also the basic ability that people should have in production and life and the basis for learning other sports skills, which provides support for students' healthy growth and basic reserve. Therefore, this part of the course unit is to improve students' basic sports ability and practice difficulty step by step according to their age characteristics and physical and mental development characteristics. At the same time, after three years and six semesters of spiral accumulation, physical fitness will definitely stand out in the quality-oriented project examination of the senior high school entrance examination.
3. Senior high school entrance examination skill formation unit. Due to the uneven physical education foundation of students from primary school to middle school, it is difficult for junior high school teachers to grasp the starting point of teaching, and even some physical education teachers ignore the law of skill formation and blindly encourage students to learn. In order to solve this problem, we arrange the skill items of the senior high school entrance examination into three years and six semesters. Considering the students' skill formation law and interest in learning, we design a good course according to the spiral thinking of skills, so that teachers can improve students' performance in each physical education class and students can learn and practice well in each physical education class. I believe that after a long course, students will form unique sports skills, which are higher than the senior high school entrance examination in sports.
4. Characteristic curriculum units of schools and teachers. Each school's characteristic skill formation course has its specific mission and goal. Because most schools' so-called characteristic skill formation courses are arranged by school leaders in physical education class, they are neither for students nor for physical education teachers, so these courses basically lack overall conception and top-level thinking. Of course, due to the high pressure of entering a higher school in middle schools, some schools just want to improve their grades, so they can take out a unit separately and give it to the physical education teacher to give full play to his initiative. Through this form, first of all, we can mobilize the teaching enthusiasm of physical education teachers and give play to their skills and specialties; Secondly, horizontal multi-project course selection can expand students' knowledge dimension and deepen their learning depth; Finally, the school can gradually accumulate valuable experience in establishing characteristic skill formation courses.
5. Move the course unit. In the process of implementing all curriculum units, we will inevitably encounter some irresistible factors, which will lead to the ineffective development of curriculum units. For example, when implementing the course, one semester cannot be filled, because there will be some unexpected situations in actual operation, such as cloudy days, rain, smog and other weather factors. Temporary meetings, holiday activities and other human factors will always lead to the failure to implement our courses as planned, so we have to use mobile course units to solve this problem. If you can't take an outdoor class because of the weather, then the teacher can use the mobile course to take an indoor theory class. If it is difficult to carry out the course due to practical factors, then the mobile course unit can be used as a substitute for the class hours arranged at any time, and the combination of the two can better reflect the extensiveness and interest of the course.
For junior high school PE teachers, according to the teaching content of each semester, five units are combined horizontally to form the teaching content of one semester. Next, according to the teaching content of each semester, the development of physical education class in this semester is explained in the form of curriculum outline. Finally, write the teaching design of each class based on standards, so as to teach physical education class well in each class and develop students' sports core literacy.
