Seafarers' maritime safety duty
1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard stipulates the health conditions, detection methods and evaluation principles of seafarers' safe duty.
This standard is applicable to the assessment of the health qualifications that seafarers who apply for People's Republic of China (PRC) Seafarers' Competency Certificate, People's Republic of China (PRC) Seafarers' Professional Training Certificate and Seafarers' or Mechanic's Job Visa should have in order to be competent for the corresponding posts, fully perform their duties, be on duty safely and respond to emergencies at sea. The assessment of the health qualification of inland river crew can also be implemented with reference to these provisions.

Refers to the basic physiological qualities that seafarers should have in order to safely perform their maritime duties.
3.2 Sailors on duty
Levels that form part of the navigation table
Refers to the general crew members who constitute the navigation watch part as stipulated in the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers 1 1/6.
3.3 Mechanic on duty
Ratings that form part of the engine room duty
Refers to the average crew members who form the watch part of the engine room as stipulated in Rule III/6 of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (1978).
3.4 Newly recorded

4. 1 height

4.3.2 Chief engineer, engineer on duty, operator and electrician.

Acute and chronic nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, renal insufficiency, urinary calculi and recurrent renal colic.

Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism requires long-term insulin therapy or severe and proven diabetes.

7 detection method
7. 1 Vision: Measure the left and right eyes respectively. Use logarithmic visual acuity chart or international standard visual acuity chart for equivalence test.
7.2 Hearing: measured by pure tone audiometer, not limited by model. The test started at 0.5KHZ, and the left and right ears were tested respectively according to the routine method of bedside monitoring.
7.3 Check visual field, color vision and blood pressure with routine clinical methods.
7.4 Stereo vision: Those who correctly recognize different stereo images are qualified, and the average sharpness of normal stereo vision is less than or equal to 60'. Operation: See the stereovision inspection charts of Yan Shaoming, Zheng Tu and Zhu Ying.
7.5 See Appendix 1 for dark adaptation detection method.
7.6 Occupational contraindications should be checked by routine clinical methods. Electrocardiogram and B-ultrasound examination are limited to those who have symptoms or medical history, or those who have no symptoms or medical history but are over 40 years old for men and over 35 years old for women.

8 evaluation principle
8. 1 Seafarers' health status: the corresponding indicators specified in this standard shall be fully met. Persons who fail to reach one of the indicators shall not engage in offshore work.
8.2 For seafarers whose health status does not meet this standard, the hospital should re-evaluate and issue a certificate when their symptoms disappear or ease and stabilize at the indicators specified in this standard.
Appendix 1:
Dark adaptation test method
1 Determination content: dark adaptation time.
Measuring equipment: JZA- 1 dark adaptation instrument or other equivalent equipment.
3 measuring points
3. 1 darkroom is connected with power supply, and the debugging is normal.
3.2 The subject sat with his eyes fixed on the observation hole.
3.3 Correctly grasp the examination requirements, and the subjects can only be transferred to the formal examination after making a prediction.
3.4 Under the standard brightness (2000lx), after 30 seconds of illumination, record the interval time when subjects find weak light beacons in the black box, which is the measured value of dark adaptation.
3.5 The test results shall be subject to the cubic average.
