Two people were found to be positive for nucleic acid in Zhalute Banner, Tongliao, Inner Mongolia. What measures have been taken locally?

Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, immediately took the following measures after discovering the abnormal results of two nucleic acid testers:

All passengers travelling to and from Tongliao City must have two yards and one card. In railway stations, high-speed railway station, airports and other important public places and traffic stations, it is necessary to check the personal health code and travel card, and at the same time, it is necessary to have a nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. After the audit, the staff will take temporary temperature measurements for all passengers. If the normal results pass, the abnormal results shall be isolated according to the local epidemic prevention and control policy, and the isolation time shall be 7 days to 14 days.

Moderate and high-risk areas need to be tested for nucleic acids every other day. When yellow or red phenomenon is found in the passenger's health code, it should be reported to the relevant departments in time, and it should be isolated for 14 days, including 7 days of centralized medical isolation and 7 days of home isolation. For 14 days without home isolation conditions, medical isolation should be completely adopted. During the isolation period, nucleic acid detection should be carried out once a day on 1 day, day 4, day 7, day 10 and day 14.

Residents in local high-risk areas are not allowed to go out and leave all areas of Tongliao in principle. They are all managed statically. Staff are only allowed to move in medium and high-risk areas, and are not allowed to go to low-risk areas without permission. Residents in low-risk areas are not allowed to go to key control areas unless necessary. If residents in key areas really need to leave, they can leave with a 24-hour nucleic acid test certificate, but they must check the epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination in advance to avoid inconvenience caused by persuasion and increase many potential risks to the local epidemic.

Passengers with an asterisk on the travel itinerary need to be tested for nucleic acid three times, and the testing time is 1, 4 and 7 days respectively. Medical isolation is not required, but family health monitoring is required for 7 days.
