For 14 days without home isolation conditions, medical isolation should be completely adopted. Residents in local high-risk areas are not allowed to go out and leave all areas of Tongliao in principle. They are all managed statically. Staff are only allowed to move in medium and high-risk areas, and are not allowed to go to low-risk areas without permission. Residents in low-risk areas are not allowed to go to key control areas unless necessary. If residents in key areas really need to leave, they can leave with a 24-hour nucleic acid test certificate, but they must check the epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination in advance to avoid inconvenience caused by persuasion and increase many potential risks to the local epidemic.
Passengers with an asterisk on the travel itinerary need to be tested for nucleic acid three times, and the testing time is 1, 4 and 7 days respectively. Medical isolation is not required, but family health monitoring is required for 7 days.
