Can pickled bamboo shoots be eaten?

You can eat it.

Can be made into pickled bamboo shoots.

Ingredients: 300 grams of ribs, 200 grams of cooked pickled pork and 225 grams of pickled bamboo shoots.

Accessories: onion ginger 15g, cooking wine 10g, refined salt sugar 3g, monosodium glutamate 2g and sesame oil 10g.

Exercise:

1. Dice cooked bacon and ribs. The pickled bamboo shoots are cut into hob blocks. Cut the onion into pieces. Stir ginger loosely.

2. Put1000g of water into the pot, add ribs, onions, ginger and cooking wine, cover with high fire and cook, skim the floating foam and cover with low fire.

3. Pick up the onion and ginger and add the cooked cured pork.

4. Add the pickled bamboo shoots and continue to simmer on low heat until the soup is crisp and rotten. When the soup is thick and white, add refined salt, sugar and monosodium glutamate to simmer, pour in sesame oil and put it in a soup bowl.
