Eight standards of mental health

1. Have the ability to adapt to the social environment, love life and work, fully adapt to and enter their own life and work roles, have realistic life goals, face reality squarely, accept the reality as it is, never complain about others, and never feel that they are "born at an inappropriate time".

2. Be able to treat yourself correctly and control your emotions; Fully understand and correctly evaluate yourself, have self-knowledge, don't blame yourself, don't blame yourself, don't feel inferior, and don't create psychological crisis for yourself; Can coordinate and control their emotions, ecstatic, worried, not arrogant when winning, indomitable when failing, supercilious, confident and safe.

3. Be good at learning, full of righteousness, have the habit of "never too old to learn", always maintain youthful vitality, be able to recognize the beneficial effects brought by setbacks, and be good at finding the road to success from failure; Under the premise of not violating the interests of the state and the collective, we should give full play to our strengths, embody our individuality, work hard and work honestly; Under the premise of not violating social morality, we can often help others by properly satisfying personal interests and basic requirements, not for reward, but for pleasure.

4. Keep good interpersonal relationships and be loyal to your beliefs, and you will feel peaceful and pursue more; Be strict with yourself, be lenient with others, obey the law and make more contributions; Compassion, friendliness, trust, respect and reconciliation. Never create tension between people. As social people, they live in a complicated and changeable society. They have to deal with all kinds of people and have a positive influence on each other.

5. Maintain a complete and harmonious personality. Personality is the sum of individual psychological qualities, including ideals, beliefs, personality, temperament, ability, motivation, interest, morality, outlook on life and so on. Harmony means comprehensive and balanced development, avoiding various psychological defects such as fragile personality, instability, extreme introversion or extroversion.
