Our village conscientiously implements the No.5 Document of the Central Committee (1997) and the spirit of the city's anti-drug work conference, and comprehensively implements various measures for anti-drug work. According to the Work Plan for the Construction of Drug-free Communities in China by the National Narcotics Control Commission, combined with the reality of our village, we signed a responsibility letter with the Party Committee and Government of Gucheng Street to actively create drug-free communities, and implemented the following aspects:

The first is to strengthen organizational leadership. Set up a * * village to fight drugs.

Conscientiously implement the spirit of anti-drug work at higher levels, do a good job in anti-drug publicity and preventive education, and carry out daily anti-drug work. Hold regular analysis meetings, check the assistance and education work, fully grasp the activities of the objects being assisted and educated, and achieve "six knowledge". Under the unified guidance of neighborhood committees, carry out various forms of anti-drug publicity and education, actively collect anti-drug information, give timely feedback to the police and neighborhood committees in the responsible areas, receive regular anti-drug business training, and improve the ability to collect and discover drug-related information.

The second is to implement the "drug-free community" work. Incorporate the work of creating a "drug-free community" into an important work of our village, and do a good job in the creation of our village like other work. Make a work plan for the whole year, sum up the work regularly, make the creation work step by step, fully mobilize all forces, and do a good job in drug control.

Third, establish various rules and regulations. The establishment of daily inspection system, the implementation of long-term management, daily inspection in pieces, blocks, a person responsible for, within the jurisdiction of the rental housing, foreign population and service industries and other key inspection objects and places, regularly report to the leading group for drug control work inspection. Improve and standardize the implementation of various restrictive measures, crack down on drugs, establish a monthly analysis, and hold a joint meeting system for drug control work every quarter to purify a safe and civilized "drug-free community" and create a good living environment.

Fourth, intensify publicity and education. Adhere to prevention first, carry out various forms of publicity activities, raise villagers' awareness of drug control, make everyone know the harm of drugs and the requirements of drug control, and truly achieve the pattern of ideological understanding in place. Service work in place, often concerned about the daily life of the villagers, grasp the ideological trends of the villagers, into the long-term vision, to prevent and control the occurrence of drug abuse and drug trafficking incidents in the villagers.

Through the anti-drug assistance and education work throughout the year, there were no new cases of drug abuse and drug trafficking in the village, and the task of creating a "drug-free community" was successfully completed.
