Evaluate yourself correctly
Self-evaluation is an aspect of self-awareness in psychology, which refers to a person's judgment on his own conditions, quality, talent and so on. Whether our evaluation of ourselves is appropriate or not will directly affect our learning efficiency, career choice and self-confidence in career struggle.
Self-evaluation can be carried out correctly through two channels: direct self-evaluation and indirect self-evaluation.
To conduct direct self-evaluation, we must first recognize our own natural conditions; The second is to compare different achievements in different practical fields (such as learning in various subjects) in order to find their own advantages and determine their goals.
Indirect self-evaluation refers to finding the dislocation of self-knowledge by comparing with other people's behaviors and situations. "I don't know the true face of Lushan Mountain, but I am only in this mountain", which is one of the reasons why some people can't make a correct self-evaluation of themselves. If you are hooked, you might as well identify yourself by comparing with others and your own different achievements in different fields.
Correct self-evaluation is the premise to help us make the correct direction of struggle. People's knowledge and talents are usually in a discrete and hazy state, which requires people to constantly dig, discover and develop. A comprehensive investigation and test from personal hobbies, characteristics of thinking mode, persistence, existing knowledge structure, professionalism, courage and charm will help you make a scientific self-evaluation.
