How to be healthier?

Physical and mental health care can start from three different channels: diet, sleep and emotion:

1. diet: balance nutrition and avoid excessive partial eclipse and overeating (or overeating).

2. Sleep: Find your own biological clock and sleep for six to eight hours every day, which is good for your health.

3. Emotion: Find yourself a source of happiness and give emotions a channel to express.

Engage in various sports. Exercise is the foundation of health! Choose three different sports for yourself:

A ball game, a whole body sport, a team sport.
