According to the relevant requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Carrying out the National Students' Physical Health Standard Test and Implementing the Three Measures of School Physical Education in 20 15, the data of students' physical health in 20 15 are reported as follows:

I. Time, scope and requirements of data submission

1. Data submission time: 2015 September 10 to12 February 3 1.

2. Data reporting scope: all students in ordinary primary schools, ordinary junior high schools, ordinary senior high schools, secondary vocational schools and ordinary institutions of higher learning (including freshmen enrolled in September 2065438+2005).

3. Data submission requirements:

1) The student test data is the data tested after the school started on September 20 15.

2) Students' grades and classes are the classes and grades in which they started school in September 2005.

Second, the way of data submission

1. Log on to China Student Physical Health Network (www.csh.edu.cn) and click "Data Reporting Platform" to report the data.

2. Some schools that use intelligent physical fitness testing instruments can contact equipment providers and use customized software to report data directly. The list of manufacturers eligible for direct data reporting can be found in the "Policy Documents" section of the website.

Three. Description of "Data Reporting Platform"

1. Log in to "Data Reporting Platform".

Users should use the username and password submitted on 20 14 to log in to the "data reporting platform". If you forget the user name and password, you can refer to the method in the "User Name and Password Inquiry Instructions" on the website, and no other method is provided to retrieve the user name and password information.

Users who use UKEY (key disk) can directly plug the device into the computer and click "UKEY login" to log in directly. (UKEY equipment needs to be purchased separately)

2, "data reporting platform" of "student basic information" to fill in the requirements.

In 20 15, the "data reporting platform" will simultaneously use the basic information of students in the national primary and secondary school student registration information management system and the national secondary vocational school student management information system, and primary and secondary schools do not need to manually add or import the basic information of students.

For universities that successfully submitted data in 20 14, the "data reporting platform" has upgraded the data in 20 14, and users need to fill in or import the basic information of freshmen.

Precautions:

1) The basic information of students in the student registration system is not allowed to be modified or deleted in the data reporting platform. If you have any questions, please modify them through the national information management system for primary and secondary school students or the national information management system for secondary vocational schools.

2) Students without student status can use L+ ID number as temporary student status number for data reporting. (e.g. l110/05200708191234)

3. Review and withdraw the data submitted by the school

The data submitted by the school needs to be audited by the education administrative departments at all levels. Please check the submission status in time after submission. Data that have not been audited by education administrative departments at all levels are invalid. If it is found that the submitted data is wrong, during the data submission period, you can apply for withdrawing the wrong data and resubmitting it, and the withdrawal must be approved by the education administrative department.

Four. Collate the historical data from 2007 to 20 1 1 year.

For schools that successfully submitted data from 2007 to 20 1 1, please log on to China Student Physical Health Network before 20 15+00+3 1, and query their schools from 2007 to 20/kloc-in the "Historical Data Association" of the Data Reporting Platform. Schools that fail to carry out relevant operations within the time limit will not be able to query the data and statistical statements submitted by the school from 2007 to 20 1 1.

V. Data sampling work

The Ministry of Education will organize a spot check of data on October 20 15 1 1 0/October 65438, and all units are requested to submit the data in strict accordance with the requirements.
