The standard puts forward six mandatory provisions, mainly involving the safety principle of residential area location, the control index of residential neighborhood land and buildings, the control index of public green space and centralized green space, and the sunshine standard of residential building spacing. With the implementation of the standard, the original national standard "Code for Planning and Design of Urban Residential Areas" (hereinafter referred to as "Code") was abolished at the same time.
Compared with the standard, the per capita public green space index of residential areas in the standard has increased significantly, and at the same time, it emphasizes the functional requirements of green space closer to home and convenient for residents to use. There are two breakthrough revisions to the Standard for Land Use and Planning of Sports and Leisure Facilities in Residential Areas:
First, in the mandatory provisions, it is specifically stipulated that "new residential areas at all levels in the living circle should plan and construct public green spaces, and set up residential parks with a certain scale that can carry out leisure sports activities", and it is stipulated that the green spaces in residential parks should set up sports venues ranging from 10% to 15%.
Secondly, put forward the sports facilities configuration scheme of15min,10min, 5min living circle, put forward suggestions on land use, and considered the types of convenient sports facilities such as national fitness center and multifunctional sports ground.
For the planning and construction of concentrated green space in residential blocks, the standard stipulates that the construction of new districts shall not be less than 0.80㎡/ person, and the renovation of old districts shall not be less than 0.35㎡/ person; Width should not be less than 8m; The area of green space outside the sunshine shadow line of standard buildings should not be less than 1/3, in which venues for the elderly and children should be set up.
The national fitness tide is getting hotter and hotter, and more and more people are willing to participate in sports and fitness. However, the problem of "where to exercise" has become increasingly prominent and has become a new demand for the people to yearn for a better life. In recent years, with the increasing number of physical fitness people, the construction of sports facilities has been gradually accelerated. The reporter visited and found that except for some old communities, most commercial and residential communities in our province, city and district have built supporting fitness venues and fitness equipment. In addition, the sports department has continuously promoted the construction of public sports facilities, and fitness equipment in public places such as parks, communities and squares has blossomed everywhere. "You can keep fit when you are away from home" has basically become a reality. Today's "Standards for Planning and Design of Urban Residential Areas" further implements the construction of mass fitness places from the perspective of improving policies and standards, and fundamentally solves the problem of "where to go for mass fitness".
