1. Types of heatstroke:

People with mild heatstroke can generally return to normal within 4-5 hours after treatment. The third type is severe heatstroke, mostly in a sudden coma in a high temperature environment.

Second, prevent heatstroke.

During the high temperature period, the elderly, the weak, the sick and the disabled, and women and children should avoid being exposed to the sun for a long time when working or exercising outdoors, and take sun protection measures at the same time:

1, drink water: pay attention to hydration, and don't wait for thirst before drinking water.

2, food: to supplement enough protein, such as fish, meat, eggs, milk, beans; You should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables that can prevent heatstroke, such as tomatoes, watermelons and bitter melons. Eating a lot of cold drinks is easy to get heatstroke, because the sudden drop of local temperature will affect the normal operation of various system functions.

3. Go out: Wear a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and bring more water when going out. Prepare heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs, such as ten drops of water, Ren Dan, Huoxiang Zhengqi water, etc. Try to choose cotton and linen fabrics when going out, and wear less chemical fiber clothes. Traveling by car, don't leave your children and pets in the car when you leave the parking lot.

4, sleep: adequate sleep helps to prevent heatstroke. Don't lie under the air-conditioning outlet and electric fan when sleeping, so as to avoid air-conditioning diseases and colds.

5. Precautions: Outdoor sports should be reduced at high temperature; Timely observe the signs of heatstroke in infants, elderly people over 65 years old, patients with mental illness and patients with chronic diseases such as heart disease and hypertension.

Third, outdoor workers' high temperature protection.

1. Before entering summer, workers exposed to high temperature should undergo health examination. Those who suffer from heart, lung and vascular diseases, persistent hypertension, gastric and duodenal ulcers, active tuberculosis, liver diseases, kidney diseases, obesity, anemia, acute infectious diseases and physical weakness after organic diseases of the central nervous system are not suitable for high-temperature operations.

2. High-temperature workplaces and outdoor operations in summer, avoid high-temperature operations at noon, strengthen rotation operations, reduce labor intensity, build awnings to provide shade for workers, and supply heatstroke prevention and cooling drinks such as herbal tea and mung bean soup, with salt concentration of 0. 1%-0.3%; After sweating a lot in labor and exercise, it is not advisable to drink a lot of boiled water, drink too much and take a long nap. When you come back from work, it is not easy to blow an electric fan and take a cold bath immediately; It is not suitable to wear metal jewelry, causing contact dermatitis; Use a wide-brimmed straw hat and a wide white dress; For workers exposed to high radiation intensity and high temperature, white work clothes with fire resistance and low thermal conductivity should be provided.

Fourth, the treatment measures after heatstroke?

If you have symptoms of heatstroke, you should immediately stop what you are doing and find a cool place to sit down and rest; At the same time, replenish water and drink slowly. Unbutton a collar button, tie, etc. Keep your body ventilated and apply or take summer medicine; If the symptoms do not decrease but increase after a period of rest, you should seek medical advice in time.

If someone around has symptoms of heatstroke, immediately move the patient to the shade and keep the surrounding ventilation; Unbutton to dissipate heat; Take summer medicine.

5. A healthy diet to prevent heatstroke
