Third, the sampling location
If your "Yukang code" is a green code, please ask the citizens to take samples nearby and follow the nucleic acid sampling points notified by the community.
If your "Yukang code" is yellow code or pop-up, please sample at the nearest sampling point or the hospital sampling point with a special channel for yellow code under the guidance of community workers.
If your "Yukang code" is red or has symptoms such as fever and headache, please report to the community immediately, collect samples according to the requirements of the community and implement classified control measures.
Fourth, matters needing attention
Please take an active part in the nucleic acid testing organized by the community and obey the on-site arrangement.
If the elderly living alone, the disabled and other people with travel difficulties in the above areas need to be tested, please contact the community staff in advance, and we can arrange for the staff to take samples at home.
Citizens and friends who participate in nucleic acid screening are requested to bring their valid identity documents or prepare "Yukang Code" or "Convenience Yukang Code" in advance according to the time period and sampling place arranged by community workers, wear masks regularly and go to the sampling point for nucleic acid testing on time.
Citizens and friends are requested to wear masks in a standardized manner, line up in an orderly manner according to the on-site guidelines, keep a distance, and do not cut in line, talk or gather.
