Give red and yellow codes to people who come to Korea from risk areas and return to Korea, and their health codes are still abnormal after the control period expires (red and yellow codes); Transcoding conditions: when transcoding, I need to provide the certificate of releasing centralized (home) isolation issued by the municipal response office or the community, the negative result report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours (both paper version and electronic version are acceptable), mobile phone (health code and travel code) and ID card, and I sign the transcoding commitment letter.
