3. During the period of sick leave, civil servants can continue to enjoy relevant welfare benefits in addition to the basic salary according to the above provisions.
4. Civil servants are not allowed to engage in income-generating activities during sick leave, otherwise they should stop enjoying all wages and benefits during sick leave.
5. Civil servants who take sick leave without approval shall be treated as absenteeism.
