In order to further improve the enrollment of public schools in the compulsory education stage of 202 1 in our district, Doumen District 202 1 is formulated according to the Implementation Opinions of Zhuhai Education Bureau on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools (Zhuxin 202 1 1) and in combination with the actual situation in our district.
I. Basic principles
(1) Territorial management principle. Earnestly implement the enrollment requirements of Zhuhai Education Bureau 202 1. The enrollment work in compulsory education stage is based on the district, and the district education bureau is responsible for the implementation, striving to solve the enrollment problem of school-age children in our district, ensuring the equal right of school-age children and adolescents to receive compulsory education, and striving to increase the proportion of migrant workers' children attending public degrees.
(2) the principle of admission to the nearest school without examination. Admission to the nearest school refers to the division of school districts by lottery, and admission to the nearest school is closer. It is forbidden to organize written examination, interview or any disguised examination and assessment for admission. In accordance with the principle of admission to the nearest school, every eligible school-age child and teenager in the jurisdiction is guaranteed to attend public schools nearby. Those who fail to attend primary school or junior high school according to the regulations shall not participate in the allocation of national model ordinary high school students.
(3) the principle of household consistency. Registered students arrange degrees according to the registered address of their complete property right "Property Certificate" and "Household Registration Book"; According to the degree situation, the accompanying children who meet the requirements of integral admission can arrange their degrees according to the registered address consistent with the property right certificate and Guangdong residence permit.
(four) the principle of multi-sectoral linkage audit. Students' enrollment information such as primary school status, household registration, real estate, policy care materials, and children's integral materials. Should be submitted to the relevant functional departments for review. After examination, all departments agree to submit it to the District Education Bureau to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the information.
Second, the enrollment target
(a) the first grade primary school students must be at least 6 years old (born on or before August 36, 3 15), and the first grade junior high school students must be the sixth grade primary school students of that year. Specifically divided into the following three categories:
1. School-age children and adolescents with household registration in our district.
2. Policy care for students that meet the conditions of our city and our district (Zhujiao No.20203, Zhujiao Basic Letter No.202 11,Zhudu Government Office No.20175, see Annex1and Annex 2 for details).
3. Children of migrant workers who meet the "Measures for Admission of Migrant Workers' Children in Doumen District of Zhuhai City 202 1-2025".
(2) School-age disabled children and adolescents can apply for a degree from Doumen District Special Education School, or apply to study in regular classes in schools in the school district according to their living and learning abilities.
(three) due to special circumstances such as illness, the parents or other legal guardians shall submit a written application to the local education administrative department, and may postpone the admission after approval. After the expiration, you should enter the school immediately.
