Mental health is constantly strengthening.

Students' mental health deserves multi-dimensional efforts.

It is an inevitable requirement to carry out special action plans to deal with practical problems. With the rapid development of economy and society, the growth environment of students is constantly changing. Especially affected by the epidemic situation in COVID-19 in recent three years, students' mental health problems have become increasingly prominent. It is more urgent to strengthen and improve students' mental health.

At present, mental health has become a social problem, both at home and abroad. The detection rate of mental health problems among primary and secondary school students and the incidence of mental illness and emotional disorder are rising continuously. The frequent occurrence of mental problems such as depression, anxiety and self-injury among primary and secondary school students has become an important problem affecting the healthy growth of adolescents. Strengthening the mental health of teenagers has become the consensus of the whole society.

As an important place for students to learn and grow, schools must assume more important responsibilities. From offering mental health-related courses, giving full play to the role of classroom teaching, helping students to master mental health knowledge and skills, to carrying out colorful educational activities, from standardizing mental health monitoring, perfecting psychological early warning intervention, building a more sound mental health work system for students, to strengthening the construction of psychological talents, detailed arrangements have been made for the allocation of mental health teachers in schools and colleges.

Only by persistently improving students' ability, constantly strengthening the construction of students' mental health work system, strengthening students' mental health education in all directions and improving the prevention and monitoring mechanism of psychological problems can we deal with possible problems in students' mental health work more effectively. In this regard, we need to look at the root of students' mental health problems from a more systematic perspective, guide the government, schools, families and the whole society to firmly establish the educational concept of health first, and truly regard health as the premise and foundation of students' all-round development. Without health, it is not enough to talk about other things. For growing children, not only must they have a strong body, but also a sunny mind, and physical and mental health is indispensable.

At the same time, we should resolutely abandon those educational teaching methods and educational evaluation methods at the expense of students' mental health. Starting with the reform of educational evaluation, the quality of mental health work is regarded as an important indicator to measure the level of educational development, the ability to run schools and the quality of personnel training, and the stubborn disease of "only scores and only entering higher schools" is resolutely broken. Guide schools and teachers to further promote the "double reduction", truly implement the "five educations" simultaneously, and realize moral education, intellectual education, physical strength, beauty and labor to promote mental health in all directions. The whole society should have this understanding: a school with frequent mental health problems of students, no matter how good its grades are, is by no means a good school.

In addition, parents should be guided to establish a scientific concept of educating people, abandon the utilitarian, short-sighted, one-sided and narrow view of growth, and not only pay attention to scores and achievements, so as to create a more relaxed growth environment for children's free and stretched growth. Parents should also have such knowledge. Children's mental health and high test scores are not enough to support their long-term development in the future.

Only through the concerted efforts of schools, families, society and relevant departments can we deal with and solve students' mental health problems, build a stricter and safer protective net bag for children and help them have a better tomorrow. This is also the reason why this special action plan requires to build a more perfect work pattern of students' mental health, which was jointly released by 17 departments.
