Illustrate the importance of mental health education to improve students' psychological quality with examples.

In the work of the head teacher, we often find that some students have some bad psychology. Please look at the following two cases:

Case 1: Students who don't study very well sit in their seats and listen listlessly in class, afraid to answer questions raised by teachers, unable to do homework and afraid to ask others. I dare not play with others when class is over. I often go alone, and I will be laughed at by some classmates, and sometimes even beaten by some classmates. Once, Yang XX, a good student, accidentally knocked over the exercise book of female classmate Wang XX, but was punched and kicked by male classmate Yang XX. Other students were there watching and laughing, instead of stopping fighting. After class, the girl did not dare to report to the teacher, so she fell on the table and wept bitterly.

Case 2: Some naughty students openly violate school discipline. When the teacher is late for class, he makes a scene, regardless of the class cadres, or even "follow the crowd" and walks over to talk. Some students are playing pranks and "Monkey King", which makes the whole class fidgety. When the teacher came to the classroom, someone complained about the wicked first. One boy said "so-and-so hit me", and another boy in turn said "so-and-so hit me first". It is difficult for teachers to solve the problem of wrangling with each other. Only by using high-pressure means can the classroom be quiet.

The above two cases reflect the students' loneliness, shyness, selfishness, indifference, rebellion, lack of unity and cooperation, mutual respect and positive psychology. If these bad behaviors and psychology continue to develop, it will not only affect the smooth progress of teaching, but also affect their healthy growth. To this end, I have taken effective measures to strengthen the mental health education for students.

(A) establishing a good relationship between teachers and students is the basis for improving students' psychological quality.

According to the above two cases, in order to change students' bad psychological quality, teachers must educate students effectively. First of all, teachers must change from the condescending and elder-centered thought in the past to a new equal teacher-student relationship with students, and educate students with psychological quality and sound personality. As educator ushinski said, "In education, everything should be based on the teacher's personality, because the power of education can only come from the source of personality. No rules and regulations can replace the personality role of teachers. "Teachers have good psychological quality and perfect personality, which can attract students, make students willing to approach teachers, make students willing to approach teachers, exchange ideas with teachers, and build a bridge of mutual trust and respect for students. Students naturally regard teachers as trustworthy friends, and they will have a heart-to-heart talk with them.

For example, I found that a classmate, Li XX, was preoccupied and in a trance recently, unwilling to associate with his classmates. After I find out, I plan to approach him, make friends with him, help him in life, often teach him to finish his homework in his studies, and encourage "you can do it" every time. By deliberately improving his score in the unit test, he tasted the hope of success and thought that the teacher was a reliable friend, which relieved his worries. Once, he approached me on his own initiative and told me what was on his mind: "My father was often called home to collect debts because he lost gambling. These people are very fierce. My dad had no money to pay back, so he hit my dad. Seeing this scene, I was very scared. After my mother paid off his gambling debts, my father didn't change his mind and gambled again. He often doesn't work, often goes home in the middle of the night, and sometimes gets lost, taking me out as a punching bag and scolding my mother. " As I spoke, I shed tears. I comforted him, encouraged him, and taught him not to be afraid, to face the reality bravely, to summon up courage in the face of difficulties, and not to be influenced by his father. On the other hand, let him believe that the teacher has a way to help him solve this problem. I made a home visit afterwards and discussed with them. On the one hand, I advise his father to stop gambling for the sake of the future and healthy growth of his children. On the other hand, he suggested that he stay with his grandmother for a while, and they agreed to the suggestion. Because he got rid of this shadow, in class, I intentionally organized some class activities for him to actively participate, and encouraged some enthusiastic students to make friends with him and play together, and his father also gave up gambling. From then on, he gradually changed his lonely and timid psychology and became a cheerful and studious good student.

(B) in the game activities, strengthen the mental health education for students.

In the above two cases, students have bad psychological factors, mainly because teachers ignore the education of students' mental health quality in teaching. Game activities take "games" as the intermediary, reflect students' inner world through various games, and then carry out psychological counseling education for students. Games can also enhance their social skills, improve interpersonal communication and cultivate their sense of competition and cooperation. In order to change the bad psychology of my classmates, I integrate psychological education into game activities and educate students on mental health.

For example, in the tug-of-war by using the activity class in the class, I deliberately selected some unsociable, unsociable and selfish students to form Group A, and the other group was selected by the monitor himself as Group B, with similar players and abilities. As a result, in the first game, the students in Group B won easily. At this time, I seized the opportunity, suspended the game, and asked each team to check the reasons for winning and losing, adjust their tactics, and then play again. The leader of Group B said, "The members of our group are all strong and energetic. Under my leadership, we United and worked together to win in the end. " When investigating the reasons for the failure, the leader of Group A said: "According to people's ability, our group should win, but in the competition, some students usually don't contact and don't come and go, but when they get together for a while, everyone is very strange, their efforts are inconsistent, and they lack cohesion and cooperation spirit." Therefore, in view of this situation, I gave them psychological education in time to make everyone realize that tenacious will, cooperation and unity are the main conditions for overcoming difficulties. I organized the second round of competition. Because the students in Group A adjusted their psychology, Qi Xin worked together and won the game. They smiled happily. The third round of competition is going on nervously and orderly. A few minutes later, everyone was neck and neck, and the red rope moved in the middle. But when the time came, the referee had to declare that the tug-of-war was a one-to-one draw. At this time, the students in Group B also congratulated the students in Group A, and the two groups embraced and encouraged each other. This is a lively scene.

The students returned to the classroom with passion. I seized this opportunity to make a summary, gave students mental health education, and made students realize that to make a class full of vitality and win, we must first rely on each member. As long as every member has the spirit of unity and cooperation and healthy psychology, any difficulty can be overcome.

(3) Creating a good class environment is the premise of improving students' psychological quality.

From the above two cases, we can see that the interpersonal relationship between the students in the class is tense, lacking a sense of collective harmony and selfish. To this end, I start with the interpersonal relationship in the class, create a good humanistic environment, and let students feel the warmth of the class.

(1) Create a good classroom environment and cultivate students' emotions. Classroom is the main position for students to learn and an important environment for students' psychological growth. A good environment is helpful for students to increase their knowledge, broaden their horizons, activate their thinking, deepen and broaden their classroom knowledge and develop their potential, especially for the full development of individual psychology.

For example, at the beginning of school, I decorated the classroom beautifully, simply and appropriately. In front of the classroom, there are eight characters "bodybuilding, diligence, love of learning and respect for teachers", and a five-star red flag is hung above it. Behind the blackboard newspaper focusing on learning and mental health, a blackboard newspaper is published once a month. The floor is clean every day, the benches are neatly arranged, there are two aluminum windows on the left and right sides of the classroom, and portraits of great men are posted next to them, which creates a good learning environment for students and cultivates their temperament. At the same time, the activities of "helping each other at the same table" were carried out between classes. I arranged the exam myself.

(2) Create a united and harmonious humanistic environment. Marx said: "People create the environment, and the environment also creates people." The formation of students' psychological quality, the standardization of students' behavior, the growth of knowledge and the improvement of aesthetic taste are all influenced by a beautiful and healthy environment.

For example, I deliberately and consciously organized a special lecture on "Self-improvement of Personality Temperament" to analyze the characteristics of various personality temperaments from a psychological point of view, so that students can know that any personality temperament is not perfect, so that students can understand that a person's excellent psychological quality is not innate but needs to be cultivated and improved, and ask students to find out their own advantages and disadvantages by comparing the psychological characteristics of various personality temperaments. Then guide students to follow the example of Zhuge Liang, Zhou Enlai, Deng Xiaoping and other great men, constantly improve themselves, and consciously cultivate good psychological qualities such as enthusiasm, openness, tolerance, optimism and cheerfulness, so as to make themselves popular. Carry out the activities of "advanced pairing" and "advanced groups help backward groups" in the class. For example, the first group helps the third group. Under the leadership of the group, they often organize members to carry out useful activities with the group, visit the painting and calligraphy exhibition in the town cultural square on weekends, help each other clean up after class, and exchange learning experiences between classes. Because the groups learn from each other and learn from each other's strengths, a new situation has emerged in which everyone makes progress and learns together. Through these activities, the whole class has formed a cohesive force and a kind, cooperative, mutual-help, enthusiastic, friendly and enterprising class group.
