2. The health management department of the branch company can also fill in the suggestion form of health lectures for group customers according to the results of group health assessment of group customers, and relevant service personnel will take the initiative to put forward suggestions for health lectures. After the approval of the group customers, the relevant service personnel are responsible for submitting this form to the Health Management Department of the branch company.
3. The Health Management Department of the branch company shall make an appointment for health lecture experts according to the Customer Health Management Service Demand Registration Form or the Group Customer Health Lecture Demand Proposal Form and the agreement reached with the local contracted medical institutions.
4. After making an appointment with the hospital, the Health Management Department of the Branch fills in the Notice of Group Health Lecture Service (Group Customers) and submits it to the group customers of the company through customer service personnel or salesmen.
5. After the completion of the health lecture service, the group customers should sign the Notice of Group Health Lecture Service (group customers) and submit it to the relevant service personnel (such as sales and customer service personnel) who are responsible for the guidance of the company's health management department.
