1. Generation of waste oil in workshop and matters needing attention

1.2 waste oil generating units must recycle the waste oil generated, and all waste oil must be collected in containers. No individual or unit may discharge waste oil into ditches, ground or dump it at will, so as not to cause environmental pollution and affect the normal operation of zero discharge of sewage.

1.3 All units should conscientiously do a good job in running, leaking, dripping and leaking equipment, pipelines and containers, and it is forbidden to leak materials, lubricating oil and power oil.

1.4 waste oil generating units should recycle the waste oil generated.

1.5 waste oil should be stored in the place with the lowest fire risk, and warning signs should be set.

1.6 waste oil shall be disposed of by qualified units or institutions, and no individual or unit may dispose of it privately.

1.7 When the workshop takes lubricating oil from the oil station, it is forbidden for the lubricating oil to flow to the ground. When returning oil to the equipment, a special funnel and oil pot must be used, and lubricating oil is prohibited from flowing to the equipment or the ground when refueling.

1.8 each unit shall keep a ledger of the collected or recovered lubricating oil and internal combustion engine oil, which shall be managed by special personnel and strictly handed over.

2 correct storage of waste oil in workshop

2. 1 Lubricating oil, brake oil, internal combustion engine oil and other oil products are stored in spare parts warehouse and special area.

2.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the oil storage area, and adequate fire extinguishing facilities (such as dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, sand, etc.) are provided. ) is provided. In case of fire, it is forbidden to put out the fire with water.

2.3 Oil drum leakage detection should be carried out regularly to ensure that waste oil will not be lost due to leakage.

2.4 When the waste oil storage reaches the high limit, contact the relevant units for sale in time to ensure that it will not overflow.

3. Use of petroleum products

3. 1 The maintenance workshop collects oil products according to actual needs, and the surplus oil products are recovered after maintenance. Oil drum, refrigerant tank, paint tank, etc. It should be discharged neatly, and no littering is allowed, especially lubricating oil, engine oil and gasoline.

3.2 When replacing engine oil, gearbox oil and brake oil, the old oil should be drained first, and then new oil should be added.

3.3 The discharged waste engine oil should be connected to a special tray, and be careful not to drip to the ground or spill out of the tray, and then put it into the waste oil drum.

3.4 Gasoline and diesel oil are mainly used for cleaning spare parts. Maintenance personnel should receive appropriate amount of gasoline according to the quantity of cleaning spare parts. Gasoline should be used repeatedly until it can't be used, and then put into waste oil drums for centralized recovery.

3.5 After the maintenance is completed, wipe off the oil stain on the ground with a rag in time.

4 Collection of waste oil

4. 1 In the process of collecting waste oil, the container should be prevented from being damaged, or the waste should be prevented from overflowing or scattering near the collection area.

4.2 Equipment used for collecting and transporting waste oil (or materials separated for recycling) shall be manufactured, operated and maintained to minimize the health and safety risks of waste oil managers and the public.

4.3 For different types of waste, different storage areas should be used on recycling vehicles.

4.4 Vehicle design should consider the grade, condition and capacity of the road to ensure the safe and effective collection and transportation of waste oil.

5 waste oil treatment regulations

5. 1 It is forbidden to burn waste oil in the open air.

5.2 In the process of recycling, the absolute safety of workers engaged in products should be guaranteed.

5.3 Pretreatment of waste oil must meet the requirements of relevant air pollution standards, and it is forbidden to use waste oil for combustion function.

5.4 Waste oil packaging materials

Regulations on wastewater management

1 purpose

These Regulations are formulated in order to standardize the management of enterprise production and domestic wastewater, prevent water pollution, protect and improve the environment and ensure the effective utilization of water resources.

2 Scope of application

These Provisions shall apply to the management of enterprise production and domestic wastewater.

3 management responsibilities

3. 1 the engineering department is responsible for the maintenance and management of sewage discharge and rainwater underground pipe network and related facilities;

3.2 The electromechanical department is responsible for the operation and management of the sewage treatment station, the repair, maintenance and transformation of the sewage treatment facilities, and the environmental protection department is responsible for the daily wastewater monitoring.

3.3 EHS Department is responsible for supervising, inspecting and guiding the daily discharge and treatment of wastewater, and reporting the discharge situation.

3.4 Each department is responsible for controlling the sewage generated by this department and discharging it according to the specified requirements.

4 working procedures

4. 1 The sewage treatment facilities of each company must meet the requirements, and the discharge shall meet the national and local sewage pollutant discharge standards. On the basis of reaching the discharge standard of 100%, all departments carry out clean production, strive to improve production technology, reduce the discharge and concentration of wastewater as much as possible, improve the recycling rate of wastewater, and encourage rainwater reuse and reclaimed water reuse.

4.2 The discharged industrial wastewater shall meet the water quality standards of sewage treatment facilities. If the discharged wastewater contains corrosive, toxic, radioactive substances or other pollutants that hinder the normal operation of wastewater treatment facilities, it shall be dispersed or discharged into wastewater treatment facilities after proper pretreatment.

4.3 The rainwater and sewage diversion pipe network shall be built in the own site of each branch, and the site where rainwater and sewage diversion cannot be realized shall be rebuilt within a time limit. The coverage rate of sewage pipe network shall meet the sewage collection requirement of 100%.

The engineering department shall prepare the distribution map of wastewater treatment control, including the layout map of drainage ditch or rainwater and sewage pipe network, and specify the locations of sewage treatment stations, septic tanks and grease traps, and the identification of major sewage outfalls.

4.4 It is forbidden for the production department, the finance department and the purchasing department to adopt the process list that seriously pollutes the water environment, and it is forbidden to import and use the equipment that seriously pollutes the water environment.

4.5 The electromechanical department shall maintain environmental protection equipment according to relevant regulations, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and make corresponding records to prevent untreated wastewater discharge due to equipment accidents or other reasons. And do a good job in cleaning the sewage pipe network and septic tank.

4.6 Each branch factory must be equipped with anti-pollution equipment and equipment that meet the requirements of the local environmental protection department, and preventive measures should be taken during operation.

4.7 The operation and maintenance of each company's sewage treatment station must meet the requirements of the operation regulations of sewage treatment stations.

When engaged in oil cleaning operations, the Regulations on Environmental Safety Management of Oil Cleaning Operations should be implemented to prevent the leakage and pollution of dirty oil and sewage.

The waste liquid produced by chemical cleaning needs to be received by qualified units or pretreated before entering the sewage treatment station for treatment.

4.8 Each workshop shall not discharge domestic wastewater into the water body, and it shall be treated by wastewater treatment device or connected to the sewage pipe network.

The waste water from smelting workshop is filtered and discharged.

4.9 Chemical reagents shall not be directly discharged into water bodies, and measures shall be taken to ensure that the water quality meets the water environment quality standards.

4. 10 All departments shall collect or store all kinds of waste liquid containing toxic, harmful, dirty oil or chemical substances generated by cleaning spare parts in special containers or sewage tanks, and take anti-leakage measures. Oily sewage generated by parts cleaning is collected by special personnel and sent to the sewage station for treatment. Waste liquid and waste acid and alkali liquid containing toxic, harmful or chemical substances, such as boiler cleaning, should be collected by special personnel, outsourced to qualified units for treatment, and recorded. It is forbidden to dump waste liquid containing toxic, harmful, dirty oil or chemical substances anywhere or into sewers.

4. 1 1 Oily sewage generated in each department should be well received, transported and treated, and then sent to oily sewage treatment station for treatment. In the process of sewage receiving and transferring, protection should be strengthened, and special personnel should be assigned for on-site care. Oil and sewage transfer collection barrels or devices should be clearly marked, and rain-proof and leakage-proof measures should be taken. Relevant records are needed for transfer, receiving and processing to ensure the consistency of quantity.

4. 12 vehicles in the factory (including production and living) need to be managed to prevent oil leakage, and it is forbidden to wash cars everywhere. All companies need to establish a unified vehicle maintenance and cleaning site, and collect and treat oil and sewage.

4. 13 canteen wastewater must be treated after oil-water separation in the grease trap, which is cleaned irregularly.

4. 14 Landfill, especially the leachate generated from the temporary hazardous waste storage yard, shall be treated in accordance with the Management Regulations on Solid Waste Storage Yard.

4. 15 Detergents and cleaning solutions should be phosphorus-free products, and enter the sewage pipe network after filtration. Toilets should be handled by special cleaners to keep them clean and reduce environmental pollution. Septic tanks should be cleaned irregularly by qualified units to ensure that septic tanks and sewers are unblocked and not blocked or overflowed.

4. 16 The wastewater generated by the infrastructure construction unit shall be discharged in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and publicized and supervised by the Engineering Department.

4. 17 each branch factory should be equipped with corresponding laboratory equipment and automatic monitoring system according to the requirements of the local environmental protection department to self-monitor the water quality of the sewage outlet, and ask the monitoring department to monitor regularly according to local regulations and obtain environmental monitoring reports. If it is found that the sewage discharge exceeds the standard, find the reason in time and solve it within a time limit to ensure that the discharge reaches the standard.

4. 18 failure to meet any of the sewage discharge standards is considered unqualified. In case of nonconformity, the responsible department shall take corresponding measures to correct it in time and report to the EHS Department. At the same time, EHS shall regularly check the operation control records, and rectify the nonconformities within a time limit.

4. 19 In case of oil spill or other waste water leakage, it shall be reported immediately in accordance with Emergency Preparedness and Response Control Procedure, and measures shall be taken to control it in time. When necessary, start the emergency plan of Emergency Plan for Environmental Accidents to prevent pollution or influence from further expanding.
