Why are some people physically strong but carsick?

Many studies show that the human ear can be divided into three parts: the inner ear, the middle ear and the outer ear, among which the vestibular organs of the inner ear can feel the stimulation of various specific motion states and have the sensory ability to adjust the body balance. It is connected with the central nervous system through vestibular nerve. When the vehicle rotates, starts, brakes, vibrates, bumps and the elevator rises and falls beyond the balance range of vestibular adjustment, it will cause people to have symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness and cold sweat, which is called carsickness. Therefore, everyone's patience with the intensity and time of these stimuli has a limit, beyond which they will get carsick. This limit is also affected by genetic inheritance, vision, personal physique, mental state and objective environment. Therefore, in the same environment, some people can talk and laugh, while others are dizzy and miserable, which is caused by different vestibular function adjustment. In the same way, the same person usually does not get carsick, but because of poor sleep, overwork or overeating or not eating before taking the bus, it is easy to cause nausea and discomfort when taking the bus, causing carsickness. Environmental factors in the car, such as poor air circulation, crowded people and stale air, will aggravate the possibility of motion sickness. In addition, the driver's skills also have a certain impact, such as sudden braking or sharp turning, often feeling weightless, such as bumps on the plane, riding a roller coaster, will be carsick.
