Within one week after the general physical examination, you can receive the entry-exit physical examination report and two certificates issued: the international travel health examination certificate (red book) and the international vaccination or preventive measures certificate (yellow book).
If it is urgent, you need to communicate with the entry-exit medical examiner. Whether this can be done depends on local practices. Of course, if you go to the United States for a medical examination, it will definitely be expensive, especially for vaccination.
