Promote medical examination vehicles

During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the Ministry of Science and Technology launched the key project of the Science and Technology Support Program-"Construction and Application of Personal Health Management Information System in China" (referred to as "Blue Card" project), aiming at improving the scientific and technological level in the field of health management in China and promoting the improvement of people's health level. As the core research content of this project, "Blue Card" is to promote the personal health record data storage card (namely "Blue Card") which can meet the needs of different groups of people on the basis of the construction of personal health management information system in China. The mobile medical examination vehicle ("blue vehicle") is equipped with domestic medical examination instruments and equipment such as B-ultrasound, electrocardiograph and fundus camera, aiming at providing high-quality and low-cost on-site medical services for grassroots people. Combining "blue card" with "blue car" can better serve the people.
