Notice of appointment:
1.HPV vaccine and COVID-19 vaccine cannot be inoculated at the same time, and the interval between the two vaccines is at least 14 days;
2. If the appointment date cannot be vaccinated for some reason, the quota will automatically expire and be non-transferable;
3. Please be sure to bring your ID card, medical insurance card/health card on the day of inoculation. The permanent residents of Shaoxing who are not registered in Shaoxing must also provide the local residence permit/student ID card/social security or medical insurance participation certificate for the last three consecutive months, and present a successful SMS;
