2, health certificate, this is a pass that food stalls must apply for. According to the relevant laws and regulations, any unit or individual engaged in food business activities must declare to the health administrative department, and then apply for a health license according to the process. After the examination and approval by the administrative department of health, food business activities can be started, and it also assumes the responsibility of food hygiene. The required information can be obtained from the local health supervision department.
3. Health certificate and personal health certificate are also necessary documents for food stalls. Food hygiene and safety is the most important issue, so it is also the focus of supervision by health supervision departments, and personal health certificate is the key supervision certificate.
4. Tax payment certificate: the parties shall register with the local tax authorities with their ID cards, copies of business licenses and valid seals to obtain tax payment certificates.

Where an administrative organ makes a decision to grant an administrative license and needs to issue an administrative license certificate, it shall issue the following administrative license certificate affixed with the seal of the administrative organ to the applicant:
