A Guide to the Contents and Objectives of Five Areas in Kindergarten

The contents and objectives of the Guide to Five Areas of Kindergarten refer to the basic requirements of kindergarten education in the Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6, namely, health, language, society, science and art.

1, health field

Physical health: help children understand the structure and function of the body, pay attention to the changes and feelings of the body, and develop healthy behaviors and habits.

Hygiene of life: Educate children to know and abide by the basic rules of hygiene of life.

Safety and health care: educate children to know and prevent all kinds of safety hazards.

Sports activities: through various sports activities.

2. Language field

Oral communication: promote children's oral expression and understanding through daily dialogue, situational performance, story telling and other activities.

Listening and speaking comprehension: through listening to music, stories, poems and other activities, improve children's auditory perception and discrimination ability, and cultivate children's listening, speaking, understanding and memory ability.
