Why is the effect of organic fertilizer not obvious? The fertilizer effect is average.

There are many reasons for the poor effect of organic fertilizer application. Today, let's focus on the reasons of production enterprises!

The reason of enterprise production control involves quality control. This paper focuses on the introduction of nutrients, pH value, chloride ion content, salt content, cation exchange capacity, humic acid, small molecular fatty acids, heavy metals, harmful microorganisms and other factors. Many of these contents do not appear in the industry standard of organic fertilizer, but we have to pay attention to them!

1. nutrients

Due to the low content of nutrients in raw materials or fermentation production processes, some enterprises' fermented organic fertilizers are not up to standard. In addition, some factories don't even have laboratories, so a batch of products enter the market. Some enterprises find that nutrients are not enough, but they are unwilling to add fertilizers to supplement them, which also makes these products flow into the market. The products produced by enterprises without fertilizer registration certificate are not circulated in the market, and generally face users directly, which is particularly difficult to supervise.

2.ph value

The pH of raw materials is different, and the pH changes greatly during fermentation. If the fermentation process is not well controlled, the pH value may be higher than 8.5 or lower than 5.5. In particular, products with too strong acidity will lead to crop growth retardation or death, while organic fertilizers with too strong alkalinity are harmless, because the soil in the south is generally acidic.

3. Chloride ion content

Generally, no one will detect the chloride ion content, but some raw materials contain a lot of chloride ions, especially when used in crops that are seriously disgusted with chlorine, which will cause serious problems. Some manufacturers also use chlorine-containing chemical fertilizer ammonium chloride to add to organic fertilizer to increase the nitrogen in total nutrients, which also leads to the increase of chloride ion content and affects crop growth.

4. Salt content

Fertilizer with high salt content is like sprinkling a bag of salt on a limited field, and crops are greatly affected. Generally speaking, domestic sludge, kitchen waste and other raw materials have high salt content, and crops that are not salt-tolerant will have yellow leaves, defoliation, wilting and death.

5. Cation exchange capacity

Generally, decomposed organic fertilizers have large cation exchange capacity, strong fertilizer retention and buffering capacity, good buffering effect on pH and salt, and important role in maintaining good soil conditions.

However, the immature organic fertilizer or even the manure sold after drying has extremely low cation exchange capacity and cannot play its due buffering role. On the contrary, it will endanger the buffering effect of the soil itself and cause crop growth obstacles.

6. Humic acid

There is almost no humic acid in fresh raw materials. Humic acid is continuously produced in the process of organic fertilizer fermentation, especially in the process of high temperature fermentation (above 50℃). Humic acid combined with ammonium, potassium and sodium can stimulate the growth of crops and has attractive effects. It can also improve the stress resistance of crops and promote the yield and germination. Humic acid enhances the buffering capacity of soil because of its exchange ability.

7. Small molecular fatty acids

Low fatty acids have adverse effects on seed germination and plant growth. Small molecular fatty acids are easy to attract flies and easy to observe. Generally speaking, small molecular fatty acids exist in immature substances, such as fresh chicken manure. The harm it brings is that small molecular fatty acids will inhibit seed germination and root growth.

8. Heavy metals

Heavy metals will accumulate in plants and eventually concentrate on people through the food chain, causing harm to people. At the same time, heavy metals can also cause damage to the growth of crops. Because the equipment is expensive, most enterprises don't have the equipment to detect heavy metals. Now, law enforcement departments detect heavy metals in the agricultural market.

9. Harmful microorganisms

Composting temperature is above 50℃ for not less than 5 days, which can kill pathogenic bacteria and eggs and achieve harmlessness. However, in fact, due to the technical level, many manufacturers failed to reach the temperature above 50℃ or the time to reach it was too short, and most of the ascaris eggs and coliforms were not killed, which affected the healthy growth of crops. Regular organic fertilizer factory was elected as five good jobs!
