The health certificate is personal.
Brief introduction of certified health certificate
A health certificate is a health examination certificate, which proves that you had a health examination in a certain year and month. It mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which greatly protects the health of employees and customers.
According to the Food Hygiene Law, Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places and other laws and regulations, relevant personnel engaged in food production and management, public service, cosmetics, disposable medical and health care products and other professional production, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and kindergartens must hold health certificates.
The diseases mainly involved in health examination include viral hepatitis, dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, skin diseases and other diseases that endanger health. If you find these diseases, don't engage in direct contact with imported food, hairdressing and beauty salons, public bathrooms and other work that directly serves customers. You can only work after you are cured.
On June 1 day, 2009, China formally implemented the new Food Safety Law, and on July 20th, China issued the implementing regulations to allow hepatitis B virus carriers to engage in the food industry. Therefore, hepatitis B virus carriers can also legally apply for health certificates.
[Edit this paragraph] health certificate misunderstanding
People have some so-called misunderstandings about health certificates: First, holding a "health certificate" means good health. The health certificate stipulates that the holder has a physical examination once a year, which makes the relevant departments earn a lot of money and the personnel are mobile, while the physical examination of the health certificate is relatively static. Some licensees are infected with diseases after the exam, but they still hold qualified health certificates before the next exam. Many diseases are hidden and latent, and carriers themselves do not feel symptoms; Some people are afraid that failing the examination will mean that they are laid off and have no food, so they have to deliberately avoid hiding it, resulting in patients or carriers with health certificates continuing to work. In fact, there are many examples of unemployment in non-service industries due to the abuse of health certificates. Second, applying for a health certificate is only beneficial to the parties concerned. For a considerable number of staff, it is both costly and troublesome, and there is also the risk of unemployment. In fact, the content of health certificate mainly involves the inspection of infectious diseases, in order to ensure the health and safety of the service industry. Personnel engaged in toxic, harmful and radioactive operations do not belong to the service industry and do not need to hold health certificates at all, so it cannot be said that health certificates are an effective way to understand physical condition and ensure health and safety.
The health certificate is valid for one year, and it will be invalid after one year. The cost of health certificate includes two aspects, one is the medical examination fee, the other is the theoretical knowledge training content, and the business card printing fee 10 yuan. The national health certificate price should be basically unified.
[Edit this paragraph] Import and export commodity health certificate
The above is the health certificate of the personnel, and one is for import and export goods. This health certificate is also called health certificate, which is briefly introduced as follows:
For the purpose of protecting national health, when importing certain commodities, such as food additives, food packaging containers, tableware, etc. The exporter shall provide a certificate issued by the authority of the exporting country to prove that the commodity meets the requirements of health and hygiene standards, can be used for normal human consumption and is harmless to human health.
Domestic inspection agencies are generally Commodity Inspection Bureau (CIQ) and Commodity Inspection Company (CCIC), which can be selected according to the requirements of different countries. If exported to Turkey, CCIC inspection can be selected.
The general inspection process is to apply for inspection after the goods are ready, and the inspection agency will take representative samples from the goods in proportion for inspection, and issue a health certificate if the results meet the standard requirements.
The importer holds this certificate for customs clearance and commodity inspection. Without this certificate, goods will often be returned or even destroyed on the spot because they cannot pass customs. Therefore, exporters must know the customs clearance and commodity inspection requirements of importing countries in advance to avoid huge losses.
