Measures for nucleic acid detection required by Chinese and foreign travelers to go to China by unscheduled commercial charter flights or temporary flights (1) China citizens who return to China by unscheduled commercial charter flights or temporary flights shall, in principle, refer to the provisions in the third point above, but implement the system of twice nucleic acid detection reports, and go through boarding procedures with double negative reports of nucleic acid detection within 120 hours and 36 hours before boarding. Passengers only need to send the first nucleic acid test report to one of the designated mailboxes of our embassy and consulate in India for health code or health statement; The second nucleic acid test report does not need to be uploaded, but can be printed directly and used together with the first nucleic acid test report and health code or health statement. (2) Foreigners who travel to China by irregular commercial charter flights or temporary flights shall, in principle, refer to the provisions of point 4 above, but shall implement a 48-hour nucleic acid test or two-time nucleic acid test report system, or go through the nucleic acid test procedures according to the case report of the competent department of China government.

(3) The Embassy of China in India and the Consulates General in Mumbai and Kolkata respectively review the negative reports and health statements of travelers to China in their respective jurisdictions or consular districts. Applicants should apply to the nearest China Embassy in India or Consulate General in Mumbai and Kolkata according to the location of the institution that issued the nucleic acid test report. Special note: Same as the third point above.

(4) Before the plane takes off, the airline shall, according to the requirements of the Chinese side, take measures such as negative report inspection, temperature detection and on-board protection required by passengers before boarding, and shall not allow COVID-19 patients or patients with suspected cases, fever or respiratory symptoms to board the plane.
