Violating the Party's line, principles, policies and national laws, being subjected to criminal sanctions, not having been relieved of administrative sanctions, being given a warning within the Party or a serious warning for less than one year, and being dismissed from the post above the Party for less than two years.
6. I can't draw a clear line with my lineal blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have a great influence on me who engage in activities that endanger China's national security abroad. One of the lineal or collateral blood relatives who has a great influence on me is sentenced to death or is serving a sentence.

Article 29 A recruitment agency shall examine the application according to its qualifications. The application materials submitted by the applicant shall be true and accurate.
Thirty-first recruitment agencies should determine the candidates for inspection according to the examination results, and conduct qualification review, inspection and physical examination. The items and standards of physical examination are determined according to the post requirements. The specific measures shall be formulated by the central competent department of civil servants in conjunction with the administrative department of health of the State Council.
Thirty-second recruitment agencies according to the examination results, inspection and physical examination results, put forward a list of candidates, and announced to the public. The publicity period is not less than five working days. Upon the expiration of the publicity period, the central level recruitment agency shall report the list of persons to be hired to the competent department of central civil servants for the record; Local recruitment agencies at all levels shall report the list of persons to be hired to the provincial or municipal civil service authorities for examination and approval.
