What are the eight habits?

The "eight habits" are:

Cultivate good manners and customs, and set up "quiet zones" and "quiet zones" in schools, so that students can learn to speak, learn to walk and learn to live in harmony with the surrounding environment;

Cultivate good study habits, develop correct reading and writing posture, learn to preview carefully, listen attentively, carefully examine questions and answer independently;

Cultivate good reading habits, insist on reading for half an hour every day, learn to think in reading, and write a diary about thinking every day;

Cultivate good physical fitness habits, adhere to the "sunshine exercise for one hour" every day, do well in class exercises and eye exercises, so that students can walk well, stand well, do well and run well;

Cultivate good hygiene habits, learn not to spit everywhere, do not litter, put used things back in their original places, and keep the environment clean and orderly;

Cultivate good work habits, do housework once a day, and learn to do your own thing;

Cultivate good living habits, honor parents, know how to be grateful, don't compare, don't waste;

Cultivate good safety habits, obey traffic rules, use water and electricity safely, and don't play dangerous games and actions.
