The general situation of students mainly includes the following 12 items: school; Grade; Class; Name; Gender; Date of birth; Hobbies and specialties; Political views; General health status; Physiological defects; Important medical history; Number. Family background mainly includes 10: family structure; Rank in the family; The relationship between educators and students; Educate people's cultural level; The occupation of educating people; Educators' academic expectations of children; Educators' acceptance of students; The extent to which educators allow students; Communication between educators and students; Parental relationship. This 10 term is a variable that has a significant influence on students' psychological development, which has been confirmed by a large number of studies. In order to facilitate communication with parents, you can also record the home address of students and the contact telephone number of educators in the column of family background. If other contents are collected, such as the religious beliefs of the educated, they can be recorded in the remarks column. (2) School performance includes three aspects and nine items: academic performance, including Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and academic problems; Sports performance; Behavior performance, including moral evaluation, attendance, behavior problems and rewards and punishments. In order to clearly reflect the development of students' performance in school, we should design a recording scheme for each semester from enrollment to graduation before leaving school.
