According to the interim criteria for diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids in surgery group of Chinese Medical Association in 2000, the disease was divided into four stages, namely:
① Stage I internal hemorrhoids: There is blood or drop of blood or puncture bleeding during defecation, and there is no prolapse of internal hemorrhoids, and bleeding can stop automatically after defecation.
② Stage Ⅱ internal hemorrhoids: bloody, dripping or jet bleeding during defecation, accompanied by prolapse of internal hemorrhoids, which can recover by itself after defecation.
③ Stage Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids: bloody stool, prolapse of internal hemorrhoids, long standing time, cough, prolapse of internal hemorrhoids under load, which must be recovered by hand.
④ Ⅳ Internal hemorrhoids: Internal hemorrhoids can not be recovered after prolapse, and internal hemorrhoids may be accompanied by strangulation and incarceration.
Therefore, even if there is no obvious discomfort, don't take it lightly, and pay attention to diet and living habits in life.
