The relevant requirements for IgM(N protein) (IgM nucleocapsid detection and vaccination personnel and those with infection history to apply for health code or health status declaration are hereby notified as follows:
From 1.202 1, 12, 1, negative nucleic acid report and IgM(N protein) test report must be submitted to apply for health code/health status statement.
1, nucleic acid and IgM(N protein are all negative, and health code can be declared normally.
2, nucleic acid negative, IgM(N protein antibody positive:
Those who are vaccinated with inactivated vaccine can apply for health code. In addition to filling in vaccination information and uploading vaccination certificate, please also submit COVID-19 vaccination statement.
Those who have not been vaccinated or inactivated by vaccine are regarded as those with past infection history and treated according to relevant procedures.
3. If the positive report of IGG antibody is submitted, IgM(N protein detection must be carried out again.
Second, people who have been vaccinated.
(1 Inoculator refers to the person who has completed all the injections required for vaccination. Incomplete vaccination is considered as unvaccinated.
"Double-check" can only be carried out after 14 days of inoculation, otherwise the health code will not be issued.
(2) Vaccination personnel should provide vaccination certificates. The vaccination certificate shall include the name of the vaccinator, date of birth, brand of vaccination, date of first injection, date of second injection, vaccination institution and other important information.
Vaccination certificate can be applied in the following ways:
1. If you have been vaccinated in New Zealand, please log on to the website of the Ministry of Health of New Zealand to apply for a vaccination certificate. The URL and screenshot are as follows: https://myvideorecord.health.nz.
2. Those who are vaccinated in China can apply for vaccination certificate through the international version of epidemic prevention health code:

(1 After recovery, it is necessary to provide the lung CT or X-ray diagnosis certificate from a qualified local hospital (please indicate "COVID-19 is not infected" or "COVID-19 has been cured"), and the negative certificate of two nucleic acid tests (the sampling interval is at least 24 hours, and the relevant certificate should be sent to the embassy or consulate for review within 3 days after the second nucleic acid test is completed.
(2) After passing the examination, continue the self-isolation management and health monitoring 14 days, and fill in the self-health monitoring form.
(3) If the embassy or consulate confirms the requirements, the nucleic acid and IgM shall be tested within 48 hours before boarding, and the test report shall be uploaded to apply for health code.
In order to avoid travel delay, relevant personnel can contact the new embassy or consulate in advance for specific consultation.
Third, people with a past infection history.
Please conduct isolation and health monitoring for 14 days immediately, and fill in the self-health monitoring form. During the monitoring period, nucleic acid was detected on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively, and the results were all negative. After isolation, you can apply for a health code with the "double negative" certificate of nucleic acid and IgM detection within 48 hours before boarding.
