I recently read a book called "Teachers' Mental Health Lecture (1)". This is a general education monograph for all teachers. I read it several times, but I couldn't put it down. I think it is too attractive and enlightens me too much. This book consists of eight chapters, such as "the needs of students-the responsibility of educators", "the growth of students-the care of every teacher" and "every class is a mental health education class". Every chapter has vivid cases, and every case inspires my heartstrings. These cases seem to happen right next to me. Let me deeply feel that as teachers, we pay attention to students' psychology and cultivate a healthy life.
Psychological health education for teenagers is the requirement of modern outlook on life, education and education: the essence of human development is the development of human spirit (strength) and psychology. Mental health is not only an important guarantee of physical health, but also the ultimate standard of human health. At present, the school is vigorously promoting quality education. People's quality includes many aspects. Physical quality and psychological quality are the two most basic qualities of people, and other qualities are formed on the basis of these two qualities. Students' mental health is not only the purpose of school education, but also the basic condition for effective school education. Therefore, maintaining and improving students' mental health is an important work of the school.
Through research, I realize that there are two foundations of human psychology, namely, biological genetic foundation and social life foundation, which are two factors that affect students' mental health. Students' psychological adaptation difficulties caused by unfavorable environment should be able to get re-education opportunities from schools. However, many practices and phenomena in school education at present can not only correct students' bad psychology and behavior, but may induce normal students to behave abnormally, resulting in difficulties in adaptation.
Schools unilaterally pursue the enrollment rate, attach importance to intellectual education, ignore moral education, emphasize scores and ignore ability, and most educators lack the knowledge and skills to maintain and improve students' mental health. They generally think that those who study hard, are honest and obey the rules are good students. Some people think that the problem behavior of students' clothes is not a problem, while others simply come down to ideological problems or physical diseases. Management style is the compulsion and punishment of superstition, which divides students into grade three, grade six and grade nine, all of which cause psychological problems to varying degrees.
Providing a healthy psychological and social environment for students' clothing is an important aspect of school mental health care. A healthy school psychological environment is full of warmth, always expecting students' clothes, respecting students' opinions, understanding and helping students overcome shortcomings and mistakes. There are two aspects of experience:
1. Teachers' personality needs to be improved. The relationship between teachers and students is an important reason for students' psychological barriers. If the teacher is insane, he won't understand the students' behavior. They can not only help students study constructively, but also stimulate their mental health development. In order to have a beneficial influence on students' mental health, teachers must have a healthy personality.
Teachers have to be exposed to students' emotional activities such as provocation or hostility, dependence or demand, destruction or deception, noise or interference all day, which will inevitably cause teachers' emotional tension and pain. Teachers' occupation requires teachers to have a high degree of healthy and stable emotions, students have expectations, enthusiasm and compassion, and they have the ability to consciously eliminate personal unhealthy emotions outside the classroom under any circumstances. The continuous improvement of teachers' personality quality will promote the healthy development of students' psychology.
2. A healthy classroom atmosphere refers to the communication and attitude induction between teachers and students, which mainly depends on the teacher's leadership style and the relationship between students in the classroom. A civilized, tolerant, fair and warm classroom atmosphere promotes students' mental health. On the contrary, too strict, unequal and indifferent atmosphere has a negative impact on students' mental health.
A healthy classroom atmosphere depends not only on teachers' leadership style, but also on the relationship between students. As members of the collective, students compete with other students, and the influence of competition on students' personality development has both advantages and disadvantages. Schools and teachers should make rational use of competitions among students and excellent works, learn from each other's strong points and fully mobilize students' enthusiasm.
Generally speaking, schools should make use of all available conditions, such as holding special lectures on mental health education, establishing school psychological consultation rooms, and young pioneers carrying out mental health education activities. They can also use blackboard newspaper, school newspaper, school radio and other media to promote mental health knowledge to students and create a good social and psychological atmosphere in the whole school.

Because of the pressure of study, she is worried that she will not be able to repay her parents and she will go to the point of no return. A 0/6-year-old girl from a high school in Chongqing complained that her father was "so timid and made me sad" because her parents were "cowardly vendors" and her family was "shabby". Therefore, when his father wanted her to help him watch the stall, he flew into a rage, chased his father with a kitchen knife, chopped his father and left home. This series of phenomena can show that students have great psychological problems. Its abnormal psychological tendency has become a problem that we educators have to pay attention to. This is why we should learn to pay attention to students' psychology, because I don't want to see more similar tragedies.
