Overtime healthy snacks

I always work overtime. My list of overtime snacks is as follows:

1, refresh

Red Bull: It contains taurine, lysine and many important vitamins, which can decompose and transform glycogen stored in human body and sugar in drinks, be quickly absorbed by human body, and replenish energy lost by human body.

Coffee: Coffee is rich in caffeine, which can stimulate the central nervous system and play a refreshing role.

Walnut: Walnut contains protein and walnut polyphenols, which has good antioxidant activity, can enhance the activity of scavenging free radicals, promote the development of brain nerve by reducing the oxidative damage of unsaturated fatty acids, and improve memory.

Step 2 face hunger

Vegetarian steak: contains fat, vitamin B 1, nicotinic acid and iron. Never eat too much vegetarian steak, otherwise it will be bad for losing weight.

Corn sausage: corn is a food rich in vitamin E, and its calories are not very high. Normal eating can't lead to obesity, but corn sausage will probably increase the meat calories, which will not help to lose weight.

Spicy small fish: rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which is beneficial to blood circulation and is a good food for cardiovascular patients.

Shaqima: It is rich in carbohydrates and can provide enough calories. It can protect body temperature and provide essential amino acids for human body, which makes people feel full after eating.
