Code of conduct for employees in medical institutions

General rules.

Article 1 In order to regulate the behavior of employees in medical institutions, this Code is formulated in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and rules of medical and health care and in combination with the actual situation of medical institutions.

Article 2: This Code is applicable to all employees of various medical institutions at all levels, including:

(1) management personnel. Refers to the personnel engaged in planning, organization, coordination, control and decision-making management in medical institutions and their internal departments and departments.

(4) pharmaceutical technicians. Refers to pharmacists and technicians who have obtained professional qualifications and engaged in pharmaceutical work in medical institutions according to law.

(5) medical technicians. Refers to the health professional and technical personnel engaged in other technical services except doctors, nurses and pharmaceutical technicians in medical institutions.

(6) Other personnel. Refers to other personnel employed in medical institutions other than the above five categories of personnel, mainly including staff in materials, general affairs, equipment, scientific research, teaching, information, statistics, finance, infrastructure, logistics and other departments.

Article 3: Employees of medical institutions shall not only abide by the basic code of conduct listed in this document, but also abide by the classified code of conduct corresponding to their occupations.

Article 9: be rigorous and realistic, and strive for perfection. Love learning, study business, strive to improve professional quality, be honest and trustworthy, and resist academic misconduct.

Article 10: Love and respect their posts, unite and cooperate. Loyal to the profession, conscientious, correctly handle the relationship between colleagues, respect each other, cooperate with each other and live in harmony.

Article 11: Be willing to contribute and be enthusiastic about public welfare. Twenty-second study and master humanistic medical knowledge, improve humanistic quality, show humanistic care to patients, and communicate with patients sincerely and patiently.

Article 27: Strictly abide by the relevant provisions of drug clinical trials and medical technology, carry out experimental clinical treatment, and fully guarantee the informed consent right of patients themselves or their families.

Nurse code.

Twenty-eighth constantly update knowledge, improve professional and technical ability and comprehensive quality, respect and care for patients, protect patients' privacy, pay attention to communication, reflect humanistic care, and safeguard patients' health rights and interests.

Article 29 Strictly implement various rules and regulations, correctly implement clinical nursing operation specifications and nursing technical specifications, fully perform nursing duties such as medical care, condition observation, assistance in diagnosis and treatment, psychological support, health education and rehabilitation guidance, and provide patients with safe and high-quality nursing services.

Article 37 The provisions on drug purchase, acceptance, storage and supply shall be strictly implemented, and drugs purchased through abnormal channels shall not be sold or used without authorization, and shall not be used for commercial purposes in violation of regulations.

Article 50 Diligence and thrift, care for public property, implement safety production management measures, maintain the environmental sanitation of medical institutions, and provide patients with a safe, clean, comfortable, convenient and orderly medical environment.

Implement supervision.

Article 51 The administrative leading bodies of medical institutions shall be responsible for the implementation of this Code. The main person in charge should set an example, abide by this code, and at the same time do a good job in the implementation of this unit.

Article 52 The relevant functional departments of medical institutions shall assist the administrative leading bodies in implementing this Code, and the discipline inspection, supervision and rectification departments shall be responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation.

Fifty-third health administrative departments at all levels shall strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of this standard by medical institutions at all levels and their employees within their respective jurisdictions.

Fifty-fourth relevant medical and health industry organizations shall, in combination with their own responsibilities, cooperate with the administrative department of health to implement this standard and strengthen the self-discipline management of the industry.

Article 55 The implementation of this Code by medical institutions and their employees shall be included in the calibration management of medical institutions, the annual assessment of medical personnel, the assessment of medical ethics and the regular assessment of doctors as an important basis for the grade evaluation of medical institutions, the promotion of medical personnel's professional titles, and the evaluation first.

Article 56. Employees of medical institutions who violate this Code shall be given criticism and education, informed criticism, cancellation of the qualification of appraising and appraising in the current year, or low employment, delayed employment, pending employment or dismissal, depending on the seriousness of the case.

Supplementary rules.

Fifty-seventh this specification applies to rural doctors registered in village-level medical and health institutions.

Article 58 Interns, trainees, personnel who have signed labor contracts but have not yet registered for practice, and outsourced service personnel in medical institutions shall implement this Code according to their work nature and occupational categories and with reference to the classification of corresponding personnel.

Article 59 The Ministry of Health, state administration of traditional chinese medicine and the State Food and Drug Administration are responsible for the interpretation of this Code.

Article 60 These Standards shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
