Health China Action (20 19-2030) proposes to implement occupational health protection actions, strengthen the government's regulatory responsibility, urge employers to implement the main responsibility, improve the level of occupational health work, effectively prevent and control occupational hazards, and effectively protect workers' occupational health rights and interests.
It is very important to maintain the health of all workers and promote sustained and healthy economic and social development. Occupational health protection action is included in the 15 special action stipulated in the State Council's Opinions on Implementing Healthy China Action.
Huo Yong, a professor of cardiology at the First Hospital of Peking University, believes that the construction of healthy enterprises should focus on the improvement of mechanisms and systems. Healthy enterprises are conducive to promoting the construction of a healthy China. As an important starting point for building a healthy China, enterprises should improve the health management system, form an effective prevention and control management system through institutional mechanism construction, reduce occupations and improve employees' health literacy.
Prevention of personal safety accidents of employees
(1) Division of responsibilities: For safety accidents caused by inadequate equipment maintenance and operator training, the factory bears the primary responsibility, and the workshop director bears the secondary responsibility. The factory is mainly responsible for the safety accidents caused by inadequate on-site safety management, and the workshop director is secondary.
(2) All departments must abide by the safety production management system, including power consumption management system, mechanical equipment and facilities maintenance management system, safety production inspection management system, safety production education and training management system, warehouse safety management system, special equipment safety management system and construction safety management system.
(3) Each department must define the person in charge of production safety, establish a safety network diagram, implement relevant management personnel and specific post responsibilities, formulate relevant emergency plans for key equipment and areas, and conduct regular drills.
(four) each department must have a special person to check the safety in production regularly (not less than once a month), implement safety measures, find hidden dangers in time and make rectification.
(five) the maintenance workshop should arrange special personnel to maintain the mechanical equipment in the workshop to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
