(1) Division of responsibilities: For safety accidents caused by inadequate equipment maintenance and operator training, the factory bears the primary responsibility, and the workshop director bears the secondary responsibility. (2) All departments must abide by the safety production management system, including power consumption management system, mechanical equipment and facilities maintenance management system, safety production inspection management system, safety production education and training management system, warehouse safety management system, special equipment safety management system and construction safety management system.

(3) Each department must define the person in charge of production safety, establish a safety network diagram, implement relevant management personnel and specific post responsibilities, formulate relevant emergency plans for key equipment and areas, and conduct regular drills.

(four) each department must have a special person to check the safety in production regularly (not less than once a month), implement safety measures, find hidden dangers in time and make rectification.

(five) the maintenance workshop should arrange special personnel to maintain the mechanical equipment in the workshop to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
