Running is the most basic activity skill in children's games and life, and it is also one of primary school students' favorite sports. 50-meter running is very important for cultivating pupils' brave, tenacious and enterprising spirit and developing their physical coordination and running ability. In teaching, we should pay attention to improving students' running ability through repeated practice, so that students can experience the correct actions of running in natural running: natural coordination of running and fast running in a straight line.
Thirdly, the analysis of learning situation.
The teaching object of this class is grade three students. The third grade students are in a period of long body, the habits and methods of walking and running have not yet been finalized, and their physical development is not perfect and their psychological development is immature. If all kinds of running games are used in teaching, children can master the correct running methods in activities, cultivate students' correct body posture, form good body shape, develop students' ability, and provide children with conditions and opportunities to show themselves in combination with games related to students' real life, so that children can experience the fun of participating in sports, develop their body and mind, and meet their psychological needs, thus improving their comprehensive quality.

According to the requirements of the new curriculum standards for the five learning areas of "sports participation, sports skills, physical health, mental health and social adaptation", I have determined the learning objectives of this course in combination with the actual situation of the students in my class:

This is the main part of the classroom. Through teaching and learning at this stage, students' enthusiasm for learning can be maintained, students' physical quality can be fully developed and their sports ability can be improved. At this stage, teachers have changed the previous "dignity of being a teacher", regarded each student as an individual who can grow independently, and built a new teacher-student relationship that respects and learns from each other, giving students some space to release their talents and abilities and feel the joy of creation and success.
