How to make jujube wine

Bottled and sealed, it needs to be preserved for one week, and it can only be tasted after one week. The specific methods of jujube wine are as follows:

Materials that need to be prepared in advance: 290 grams of red dates, 460 grams of glutinous rice wine, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

First, clean the prepared red dates and put them aside to control the water, as shown in the figure below.

Second, control the water and put it in a bottle, and add a proper amount of rock sugar, as shown in the figure below.

Third, add a proper amount of glutinous rice wine, as shown below.

Fourth, seal the bottle and keep it for one week, as shown below.
