3. If non-registered households in this Municipality own 1 sets or more houses within the administrative area of this Municipality, the sales of commercial housing in restricted areas shall be suspended. Non-local registered households who have no housing within the administrative area of this Municipality can purchase 1 set of commercial housing in the restricted purchase area. When buying a house, you need to provide proof of continuous payment of personal income tax or social insurance for 6 months or more in this city within the first 2 years from the date of application for buying a house. The paid personal income tax or social insurance certificate will not be recognized.
4. Commercial houses obtained through resettlement or judicial judgment are not within the scope of purchase restriction. Proof materials such as personal income tax or social insurance shall be verified and identified by relevant departments according to their respective responsibilities. The time for determining the purchase restriction of commercial housing is based on the filing time of the online signing of the purchase contract.

Non-local residents who purchase commercial housing can only be listed and traded for 5 years from the date of online signing of commercial housing contracts; Those who buy second-hand houses can be listed and traded within 2 years from the date of registration of the certificate of immovable property rights.
Housing restricted for sale obtained through judicial decisions, gifts between immediate family members, inheritance, etc. Not restricted by the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
If a family member is seriously ill and the children are in urgent need of funds to pay medical expenses and tuition fees, the real estate registration department may lift the restrictions on the sale of the house upon the application of the house owner.
