In 2004, the Ministry of Education monitored the physical fitness of more than 7-18,000 urban and rural students aged 7- 12 in six provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Compared with 2002, China students' weight keeps increasing, while their explosive power, strength and endurance quality, which is the most important reflection of cardiopulmonary function, keep declining, among which endurance quality tends to be the first. For this reason, in recent years, how to improve students' endurance quality to enhance their physical fitness has attracted more and more attention from education peers, and has been studied and discussed to varying degrees, which can not be said to be effective in a local and small scale. However, on the whole, the continuous decline of students' physique has not been curbed and reversed. Therefore, we put forward "research on ways and methods to improve the endurance quality of primary school students".
First of all, the questions raised
(A) theoretical significance
First of all, this study is a concrete manifestation of implementing the national education policy.
Article 5 of Chapter I of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulates: "Education must serve the socialist modernization and must be combined with productive labor to cultivate builders and successors of the socialist cause with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique." It can be seen that physical health is not only one of the necessary conditions for future talents, but also the ultimate goal of physical education.

This study fully embodies the brand-new concept of "teachers' educational behavior adapts to students' all-round and personalized development" in physical education in our school.

"Healthy body is the basic premise for young people to serve the motherland and the people, and it is the embodiment of the vigorous vitality of the Chinese nation. Schools should establish the guiding ideology of health first, earnestly strengthen physical education teaching, enable students to master basic sports skills and develop good habits of adhering to physical exercise.
