I think it mainly includes agility, speed, explosiveness, balance and coordination.

Speed: the ability to complete an action in the shortest time.

Explosive power: the product of strength and speed.

Balance: The ability to maintain balance and posture during exercise or rest.

Coordination: refers to the ability to integrate various motor skills into smooth, efficient and effective action patterns.
