The epidemic prevention requirements of some provinces are as follows
Shandong (province)
Apply for "Shandong Electronic Health Access Code" in time. Candidates who take the exam must go through the formalities of "Shandong Electronic Health Access Code" before February 24th, 202 1 65438. Candidates from other provinces fill in the "Declaration Form for Coming to Shandong" in the electronic health code interface, and the access code remains green.
Candidates are required to submit the health management information collection form for examiners of Shandong primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (interview) in the second half of 2002/KLOC-0. All candidates must start collecting health management information 14 days before the exam. Candidates are required to consciously measure and record their body temperature every day, monitor their health status, and truthfully fill in the health management information collection form.
Perform nucleic acid detection on time and according to regulations. All candidates must have a negative paper report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam. The time of nucleic acid test results must be after 8: 00 am on June 6, 65438. Candidates should go to the relevant medical institutions for nucleic acid testing within the specified time.
Guizhou (province)
Green code of health code, green code of travel card, negative proof of nucleic acid test and other corresponding certification materials, and truthfully fill in the 20021second half of Guizhou Province primary and secondary school teacher qualification (interview) candidates' health status commitment letter (see the attached table).
Provide a paper version of the corresponding negative certificate of nucleic acid detection (paper certificate or electronic certificate issued by the hospital can be printed).
If there is a history of "local positive cases reported to prefecture-level cities" within 0/4 days before the test, it is required to provide negative certificates of nucleic acid tests twice every 24 hours within 5 days before the test, and the second nucleic acid test shall be conducted within 48 hours before the test in the prefecture-level city where the testing center is located.
The remaining candidates must provide 1 negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam.
Guangdong
Candidates are required to do a good job of daily health monitoring, truthfully record personal health information, and submit the health monitoring form for the candidates of the 20021second half of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (interview) when entering the test center.
Candidates must provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test when entering the test center.
