The following is for reference only.

Get up at six.

6:15-6: 30. Don't run too fast and breathe smoothly.

7: 10-7: 30 Eat less oil and sugar, and eat 70% full.

On the way to school from 7: 40 to 8: 20.

8: 30- 1 1: 30 working hours

11:30 ——11:50 Eat meat, eat more vegetables, and you are 90% full.

12:20—— 13:00 for a nap. Take a nap for no more than an hour.

13:00—— 17:00 working hours

17: 00- 17: 30 On the way home, you can take a brisk walk.

17: 30- 18: 30 Eat 80% full for dinner, eat more vegetables and eat less meat.

18:30——2 1:30 for leisure or reading.

2 1: 30-22: 00 Take a shower and sleep.
