One of them has obtained the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license and has more than 3 years of driving experience. One and a half years' driving experience is not enough to meet the conditions for obtaining the qualification certificate of network car. Other conditions that need to be met include no traffic accident criminal record, dangerous driving criminal record, no drug abuse record, no drunk driving record, no score of 12 in the last three consecutive scoring cycles, no violent criminal record, male under 60 years old, female under 55 years old, junior high school education or above, and good health.
