Why is there more dry red on the market? It is because dry red is healthier! It is mainly tannin in wine that softens blood vessels. Although the tannin content of sweet red and dry red may be the same, sweet red has a high sugar content, which is sometimes not suitable for patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, especially diabetic patients.
The sugar content of the wine brewed by ourselves is relatively high. In addition, the grapes I use for my own wine-making are edible grapes bought in the market. The tannin content is lower than that of the brewed grapes, and the effect is definitely not better than that of dry red.
