Is "non-fried" food really healthier

Kebabs, French fries and chicken legs are delicious but inevitably greasy. In order to live up to the delicious food, "non-fried" food came into being, but is it necessarily healthy without frying?

Non-fried = no oil? (Just don't fry, oil is still needed.)

Non-frying is not oil-free, but is made by mixing oil with food and baking or hot air drying instead of "frying".

Non-fried = low in fat and calories? This is just your wishful thinking. )

Most non-fried foods are not low in calories and oil content, even not inferior to fried foods. A bag of non-fried potato chips is equivalent to two and a half bowls of rice.

It can be seen that non-fried food is not equal to healthy food. When choosing food, we should pay more attention to the nutritional composition table on the package, and judge the nutritional value of food reasonably through the marked energy, protein, fat and other data.
