This scale is to investigate your current physical exercise situation. There are three questions, and each question has five alternative answers. Please select one.

1. What is the intensity of your physical exercise?

(1) light exercise (such as walking, doing radio exercises, playing gateball, etc.). )

② Low-intensity and less strenuous sports (playing volleyball, table tennis, jogging, playing Tai Ji Chuan, etc.). ).
